Patients>Patient Lookup

In the Patient Lookup screen you can search for a patient by their SSN, First Name, Last Name, or ICN.

1. After entering their SSN, First Name, Last Name, or ICN, you can click on the Search button to start the search
   1. If an entry is invalid, a message will be displayed.
2. If the search is successful, a table will display showing the patient's SSN, Full Name, Site#, Facility, and City columns.
   1. You can sort the table by clicking the column headings to change the order in which the information is displayed.
3. You can click the Patient Information button to go to the Patient Information screen.
4. You can click the Workflows button to go to the Workflows screen.
5. You can click the Related Diagnoses button to go to the Related Diagnoses screen.

6. You can click the Lab Tests button to go to the Related Lab Tests screen.
